The exterior has to close in before the weather turns and before the interior trades can be scheduled with any confidence. We plan our crews around your programme rather than our convenience, and we will tell you at quote stage if we think the window you are giving us is unrealistic instead of agreeing and missing it.
The whole envelope, one trade
Siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough and capping all meet at the same roof edge. Splitting them between contractors is how you end up with colours that nearly match and nobody accountable for the detail where they meet. We do all of it, which means one call, one schedule and one company answering for how the edge of the building looks.
Mixed elevations
Most of the new construction in this region is not one material. Stone or brick to a height, siding above, board and batten in the gables, timber accents on the porch. Several of the homes in our gallery are exactly that. The craft is in the transitions — where the siding meets the stone, how the trim terminates, whether the lines carry around a corner.
Repeat work
If you are building a phase rather than a house, that suits us. Repeat elevations get faster and more consistent once a crew has built the same detail a few times, and that efficiency is worth real money on a subdivision.
How we work
Built for an Ontario winter
Everything we hang on the outside of a house has to survive roughly a hundred freeze-thaw cycles a year. That changes the details.
We look behind it first. On any tear-off we open a section and tell you what the wall is actually doing before quoting the whole job.
Room to move. Vinyl expands and contracts a long way between February and August. Fastened tight, it buckles and splits. We hang it.
Water gets out. House wrap lapped so it drains, flashing that sheds outward, kickouts where a roof meets a wall.
One trade, one edge. Siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough all meet at the same line. Doing them together is how that line ends up straight.

As early as you can. Our exterior season in southwestern Ontario is realistically April to November, and the good weeks fill up first.
